Agile Together runs a project of your own through three Sprints, with an OKR out front and the AI you already use. Here is exactly how it works.
Most Scrum courses explain the framework and stop there. Agile Together does
something narrower and harder: it puts you to work on a project of your own, for three
Sprints, and measures what you actually finished.
You will not read about a Product Backlog. You will have one — refined, ordered, and
sitting on a real board you can show someone.
The shape of the course
Eighteen lessons arrive by email. Each one explains a piece of Scrum or OKR, and most
of them end with something to run. The running happens in a package you download once:
the scripts plus a portable Python, in one folder. There is nothing to install and no
environment to configure.
Your work lives in ProjectAdm — a free board.
The board is your project: the lists are the states of the work, the cards are
the items, and the four Key Results of the course are read from it rather than from
your opinion of how it went.
Where the AI fits
- Choose the step in the menu — it hands you the prompt (clipboard).
- Paste it into the AI you already use and copy the whole answer.
- Paste that answer into the “0. Inbox” card on your board.
- Run the same step again — it reads the board and carries on.
Running a step twice is safe: with no answer in the card, it simply hands you the prompt again.
Notice what that cycle does not do. The AI never touches your board. It
receives what you wrote about your project and gives back text. You read it, cut
what does not apply, and only then does it enter your work — through your hands.
What you will have finished
- An Objective written in your own words, and four Key Results the
course measures for you - A Product Backlog — refined, prioritised, with acceptance criteria
- Three Sprints completed: Plannings, Dailies, Reviews and Retrospectives
- A Definition of Done that is yours, not the AI’s
- A final presentation built from what actually happened on the board
Who it is for
Anyone who has read about Scrum and wants to practise it rather than memorise it —
including people preparing for a certification. Anyone leading a small team who needs
cadence without ceremony. And anyone who has tried OKRs and watched them turn into a
task list.
You do not need a software project. The course works just as well on a podcast, a
training programme, a house move or a habit you are trying to build. The package asks
whether your project is software and adapts the backlog it proposes.
