Transparency in Action
Our OKRs — Published.
Updated. Accountable.
We believe that goals kept private are goals without accountability. These are our objectives, our key results, and where we stand right now.

Why we publish our OKRs publicly.
Most organizations keep their goals internal — visible only to leadership, reviewed only in quarterly meetings. We do the opposite. Our goals are public because our community deserves to know what we are building toward, and because publishing them keeps us honest.
If we miss a target, you will see it here. If we exceed one, you will see that too. Transparency is one of our five core values — and this page is where that value is tested every month.
Financial key results are not included. Every other dimension of our progress — content, community, quality, reach — is below.
Objective 01 / 03
Become the most complete PMBOK 8 applied reference in English.
Every performance domain, every principle, every process — covered with real examples, a downloadable template, and a practical tool. No other resource in English does this at this depth.

Objective 02 / 03
Build an active community of PM practitioners.
Project Together is more than a content library. It is a place where practitioners contribute, correct, improve and grow alongside each other. Community is not a feature — it is the point.

Objective 03 / 03
Make PM learning accessible and immediately applicable.
Knowledge that sits on a page is not useful. Every article on this site ends with something you can apply today — a template, an exercise, a tool. This objective measures whether we are keeping that promise.

A note on honesty
Some of these numbers are zero.
We are publishing them anyway.
This is the first month of public OKR reporting. Several metrics start at zero — including downloads, contributions, and certificates. We could have waited until the numbers looked better.
We chose not to. Transparency means publishing the starting line, not just the finish line. Every “0” you see here is a commitment to return next month with a higher number.
You are watching this community be built in real time. That is the point of Project Together.
